Join us for an evening of outdoor yoga with live music, the 2nd Monday of each month at Springdale General (under the grove of Pecan trees near building 11). All levels are welcome. Bring a mat, water, and towel. Arrive at 6:30pm for live music and yoga is 7-8pm.
This special event creates a welcoming community in a safe and sober environment where musicians can perform without the pressures of alcohol or other mind-altering substances. It's a place where you can connect with others, share your passion for music, and truly enjoy the moment!
